After you complete the registration form online, you will be given the option to select “Check” as your payment type on the checkout page. There are no cancellations or refunds. Substitute conference registrations can be made with no penalty. If you need to substitute a registrant, click the "Register" button. Click on "View or Change Your Existing Registration", then enter the e-mail address used to register the attendee that can no longer attend. You will then be able to make a substitution. The credit will be issued for the full amount paid for the conference. Badges can be picked up on-site. No advanced mailing is available at this time. We currently do not offer exhibit-only or one-day passes.
