 RegistrationClick on the “Register” button to the left. Follow all instructions. After you complete the registration form online, you will be given the option to select “Check” as your payment type on the checkout page. You will receive a confirmation page when your registration is complete. Send a copy of that confirmation page and your check to: Click on the “Register” button to the left. Click on "View or Change Your Existing Registration", then enter the e-mail address used to register the attendee. You will then be able to get a copy of your receipt. There are no cancellations or refunds. Substitute conference registrations can be made with no penalty. If you need to substitute a registrant, click the "Register" button. Click on "View or Change Your Existing Registration", then enter the e-mail address used to register the attendee that can no longer attend. You will then be able to make a substitution. Click on the “Register” button to the left. Click on "View or Change Your Existing Registration", then enter the e-mail address used to register the attendee that can no longer attend. You will then be able to make a substitution. Please send an email to registration@hartenergy.com to request a certificate of credit. The credit will be issued for the full amount paid for the conference. Badges can be picked up on-site. No advanced mailing is available at this time. We currently do not offer exhibit-only or one-day passes. Complimentary press passes are available to professional members of the media who are "working press" on assignment covering the event or the companies presenting.
