There are no cancellations or refunds. Substitute conference registrations can be made with no penalty. If you need to substitute a registrant, click the "Register" button. Click on "View or Change Your Existing Registration", then enter the e-mail address used to register the attendee that can no longer attend. You will then be able to make a substitution.
You must request a transfer or certificate of credit two weeks prior to the start of the event. Please email email@example.com to request a certificate of credit. The credit will be issued for the full amount paid for the conference.

Badges can be picked up on-site. No advanced mailing is available at this time.
Complimentary press passes are available to professional members of the media who are "working press" on assignment covering the event or the companies presenting.
Hart Energy does offer a discount for students. To be eligible for this discount you must be enrolled as a full-time student (9 credits or more). To apply for the student discount, please send a copy of your student ID and your class schedule to email@example.com. If you qualify, the registration team will send you a link to register for your complimentary Conference & Exhibition pass.
